           First off, let me break down the meaning behind the name. "Ravi" signifies experiencing a deeply contented and satisfied feeling arising from a consciousness of well-being. It's a word that resonates deeply with me, as it encapsulates the essence of what I strive to bring to others. The "RA" are the first two letters of my first-born son's name, while "VI" are the last two letters of my last-born son's name. They are my reason to wake up every day, and naming my business after them felt like the perfect tribute to their significance in my life. And "Bliss" - well, that's self-explanatory. It's the feeling of pure joy and contentment that I believe every human being deserves to experience regularly.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           But let me tell you, Ravi Bliss wasn't born out of sunshine and rainbows. It emerged from the depths of what I can only describe as "the dark night of my soul". This was a period in my life that shook me to my core and changed my entire perspective on life. I found myself trapped in a cycle of trauma and emotional turmoil, courtesy of a severe covert malignant narcissist. This individual subjected me to physical, psychological, and financial abuse, all while I was pregnant and then post-partum. It was a nightmare that I couldn't wake up from.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           I had to make the difficult decision to leave behind everything I had built - including my dream wellness day spa that I owned and operated - and seek refuge with my parents. It was a humbling experience, to say the least, to find myself starting over at 41, with a baby in tow and no clear path forward. I was drowning in despair, grappling with post-partum depression, anxiety, and a myriad of physical ailments.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           But amidst the darkness, I found glimmers of hope. Through prayer, exercise, and research into trauma healing, I began to piece myself back together. I discovered the power of breathing techniques, meditation, and holistic modalities in regulating my nervous system and finding moments of bliss amidst the chaos.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           And so, Ravi Bliss was born out of my journey of healing and self-discovery. It's my way of paying it forward, of using my experiences to help others find solace and healing in their own lives. While I may still be juggling full-time nursing, single motherhood, and the search for the perfect location for my business, I'm committed to sharing my knowledge and insights through this blog.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
